stayed at the country motor inn for one night and enjoyed the friendly check-in staff. the economy double room was cozy with a comfy bed and nice sheets. it’s right across the street from the railroad, so the trains were a fun sight during the day. found it to be the cheapest option around.
the area is quite industrial, and while the trains don’t run at night, they can be a bit noisy during the day.

I appreciated the friendly check-in staff. The check-in process felt warm, and they accommodated my late arrival very well. The bed in my economy double room was comfortable, and the sheets were in decent condition. The location was also convenient, right on the main road into Livingston. However, the motel faced some issues that seriously impacted my stay. The wifi didn’t work at all, which was really inconvenient, especially when traveling and needing to plan my next day. The trains running nearby added to the noise during the day, and although they didn't run at night, it was still a distraction. The room itself was quite small and appeared a bit worn down. The cleanliness left much to be desired. I found some stains on the carpet and the bathroom could have used more attention. Overall, I had a decent stay but wouldn’t be the first choice if I returned to Livingston.
